History
Old Hacienda Santa Rita. Icon of the Valle del Cauca haciendas of the 19th century. Restored by the Zoological Foundation of Cali and given to the service of the city as a gastronomic meeting center to offer typical food to its visitors. It is located in the west of Cali and preserves the architectural air of its time.
Distinguished people of the region were owners and inhabited the original Hacienda Santa Rita, among them the Cali General Tomás Rengifo, who in the years of 1879 was governor of the Province of Antioquia during one of the many civil wars in which our nation was involved.
The Hacienda del Bosque is a place that preserves the history of its ancestors and exhibits contemporary good taste. The five rooms that the restaurant has stand out for perfectly combining the old and the modern.
